In a bold show of loyalty, BYK fans stormed the Dexate Show on Flex Entertainment, passionately laying out reasons why the rapper deserves the ultimate prize, Artist of the Year. With eight nominations across major categories, fans believe Medikal’s dominance this year cannot be overlooked.
They pointed to his consistency and hard work, highlighted by the release of his Disturbation 2 album, multiple hit collaborations, and strong presence across radio, TV, and digital platforms. According to them, while others slowed down, Medikal stayed active and visible all year.
Another major talking point was the historic BYK Concert in December 2025, where Medikal filled the Accra Sports Stadium, a moment fans describe as a cultural milestone that proves his star power and fanbase strength.
